Zakon o elektronskih komunikacijah
Spremenjeni Zakon o elektronskih komunikacijah (Uradni list št. 109/2012) je prinesel nova pravila glede uporabe piškotkov in podobnih tehnologij za shranjevanje informacij ali dostop do informacij, shranjenih na računalniku ali mobilni napravi uporabnika. Ta zakon se nanaša tudi na nas, zato smo pripravili spletno stran, ki bo ponudila več informacij o uporabi piškotkov v našem podjetju.
Kaj so piškotki?
Piškotek (ang. cookie) je majhna datoteka, ki ga spletna stran naloži na vaš računalnik. Vsakič, ko se vrnete na to isto spletno stran, vas bo stran prepoznala. Piškotki, ki se ustvarijo na naši spletni strani, ne vsebujejo vaših osebnih podatkov ampak vsebujejo le zaporedje številk in črk, ki pripomorejo k temu, da je vaša izkušnja na spletni strani čim boljša. S pomočjo piškotkov se lahko analizira tudi promet na spletni strani, s čimer lahko upravitelji spletnih strani vidijo, katere strani so najbolj obiskane.

Ti piškotki so bistvenega pomena in vam omogočajo brskanje po spletni strani in uporabo funkcij spletne strani. Brez teh piškotkov delovanje strani ni možno.

Ti piškotki zbirajo informacije o tem, kako obiskovalci uporabljajo spletno stran (na primer, katere strani si obiskovalci ogledujejo najpogosteje). Uporabljajo se za razlikovanje med obiskovalci in njihovo štetje. Vse informacije, ki jih piškotki zberejo, so anonimne.

Nastavitve piškotkov
Po Zakonu o elektronskih komunikacijah (ZEKom-1) je za uporabo določenih piškotkov potrebna privolitev uporabnika. Svoje odločitve o sprejetju ali zavrnitvi piškotkov lahko tudi naknadno spremenite.
Opozoriti moramo, da so lahko nekatere fukcionalnosti spletne strani okrnjene, če zavrnete uporabo piškotkov.
