Covid-19 testing at the hotel
Together with our sister Hotel Slon, City hotel Ljubljana was the first in Ljubljana to offer the excellently accepted Covid-19 testing at the hotel. The mobile unit of the partner medical clinic can perform PCR testing in the comfort of the hotel room, saving hotel’s guests plenty of time. In addition to individual guests, this service has proven to be an excellent solution for business delegats and leisure groups as testing at the hotel is way faster compared to any other option available.
“Work from your hotel room” package
We were considering the new guest structure and changing work habits. During the pandemic work from home has become very common. As working remotely has become a reality for many, we responded to these new dynamics with a package deal that includes a daily stay in a modern hotel room with a designated working area and a complimentary parking space in the garage. Guests can also enjoy hotel's signature in-room breakfast and a mid-day refreshing smoothie. Also at their disposal is hotel’s fitness centre.
Response from our business partners has so far exceeded all expectations and proved that we have addressed the right target group: daily migrants and business delegates, wanting to enrich their daily work routine with a touch of hotel luxury.
Close monitoring of global trends
We continue to track the latest trends in the tourism industry and are constantly striving to upgrade the guests’ experience. In doing so, we rely on the internal City Safe Stay protocol, which ensures the highest standards of compliance with the National Public Health Institute guidelines.
In addition to being a top leisure pick by guests, (9,1 Booking.com score), City Hotel Ljubljana has successfully established itself as an excellent MICE vendor. To secure the highest standard of safety also in our Events segement, we have obtained the Safe and Healthy at Events certificate issued by the Slovenian Convention Bureau.
