Accessibility at City Hotel Ljubljana
City Hotel Ljubljana is proud to be a truly accessible hotel in Ljubljana, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of all guests, including those with mobility, hearing, or visual impairments. Both the hotel exterior and interior are fully adapted: the entrance and ground-floor lobby are spacious, step-free, and carpet-free for easy navigation.
We are honoured to be the first hotel in Ljubljana to receive the Gold Certificate for Accessibility, awarded by the Premiki Institute. This recognition reflects our commitment to providing wheelchair accessible accommodation and inspiring others to follow in creating a more inclusive hospitality environment.
Our reception is equipped with magnifying glasses and a hearing loop system to assist guests with hearing impairments. More importantly, all staff members are trained to provide individualised support for guests facing challenges related to mobility, hearing, or vision.
Elevators are wide and wheelchair-friendly, with extended doors. Wherever possible, ramps replace stairs in hallways. Our restaurant and conference centre are located on the ground floor and include adapted restrooms. For guests arriving by car, we offer accessible parking in our underground garage, suitable for users of assistive devices.
