October smoothie

Autumn is already in its full swing, which is why we want to share with you a fall inspired smoothie recipe that is delicious and easy to prepare. It is not only tasty, but also healthy, so it can be a great breakfast.

Due to its main ingredient grape containing 20 percent of fructose, this October smoothie is a real energy bomb. Grape is high in phosphorus which is great for our brain and nervous system, manganese for thyroid gland, iron for red blood cells, potassium for muscles, and calcium for teeth and bones.


Preparation is very easy and quick. This way you can spend more time enjoying autumn nature and its high spectre of colours.


Ingredients (for 1 smoothie): 

100 g of grapes (50 g red grape & 50 g white grape)

70 ml of rice milk

2 spoons of crushed hazelnuts

1 spoon of honey

 

Preparation:

Thoroughly wash grapes and put them in a blender. Add rice milk, honey and crushed hazelnuts. You can substitute rice milk with any other milk alternative or regular milk. Blend everything until it is smooth. Serve your smoothie in a glass and simply enjoy!
